BOS training offers a College Prep program is designed to provide top notch aerobic/anaerobic workouts and activities designed to assist student-athletes in the overall physical improvement. In addition to a stringent workout regimen, our program includes pre- and post-session testing for progress measurement predicated on an individualized program. Our team of trainers are committed to proving speed and conditioning training with emphasis on quickness, plyometric development, and advanced running fundamentals. The student-athlete will also receive more detailed instruction designed to assist in improving conditioning, like: long strides, VO2 max increases, leg strengthening techniques and an increase in lactic thresholds.



B.O.S Video Training Programs offers Speed, Agility & Quickness sessions that utilize speed ladders, cones, training poles, hurdles, speed resistance belts, and box jumps to strengthen athletes in each area. All equipment for the B.O.S Video Training Programs will be available for purchase.

B.O.S Training offers a variety of sport specific B.O.S Training Program packages. Each package is designed to increase SPEED and AGILITY for athletes and their INDIVIDUAL and TEAM sports.
